We understand that a special event takes a great deal of time and may create some anxiety, especially if you are planning it out alone (We know, it's tough).
Our service of design and styling set up on the "day of" is a sure way to take the stress off and allow you to tend to more important matters.
We are more than glad to meet with your Event Planner/Designer, Florist & Venue Coordinator ahead of time to collaborate the design, whether it be your sister and/or yourself doing the coordinating, we will work together. The initial consultation meet at Circa Warehouse is a courtesy, meets beyond the initial will incur the Design/Styling Fee, which covers time & travel costs to on-site location.
The Styling & Design Fee applies to the pre-design plan by CIRCA, for your event. Including Day of placement and/or styling of lounges/vignettes. Note, furniture and vignette styling is that of items rented from Circa Vintage Rentals, it does not involve styling of other vendor items.
Design/Styling Fee : $75.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum. *Inquire for custom quote.
(Site Visit Planning/ Counsel Meets/ Day of Set up)
*Includes one meet at Circa and/or Site Visit at no charge (within 20 miles of Circa Warehouse), any proceeding miles to venue & meets will incur the hourly fee.
